Universal Energy Management atau yang biasa dikenal dengan UEM merupakan IC power pada ponsel Nokia DCT4 (generasi ke-4 ) dan DCT4 ke atas. Selain sebagai power, chip ini juga merupakan pengendali audio dan proses charging pada ponsel.

Banyak teknisi awal yang belum dapat membedakan UEM. Mereka menyatakan bahwa penggantian UEM pada setiap ponsel sama saja. Padahal jika diteliti, kode yang terdapat pada bagian atas IC UEM berbeda-beda untuk digunakan pada ponsel yang berbeda-beda pula.
